The present invention provides an anti-obesity and body fat reducing composition comprising 10 to 70 wt% of a Garcinia cambogia extract, 10 to 70 wt% of a peanut sprout extract, 10 to 70 wt% of inulin, and 10 to 70 wt% of palatinose. The composition according to the present invention effectively reduces body fat by inhibiting the synthesis of carbohydrate absorbed in vivo into fat, activates bowel movements, and reduces calories. The present invention can improve metabolism and immune functions by supplying nutrients, which may be insufficient due to a diet, into a body. Therefore, the composition according to the present invention can achieve effective body fat reduction while maintaining the metabolism and immune functions normally.
