The present invention relates to a jacket structure having a jacket leg-can, and a construction method thereof, wherein the jacket structure can stably form a fixing end on the soft ground, perform safe construction by using a consolidation effect, and protect a jacket leg. The jacket structure having a jacket leg comprises: a hollow pipe accommodating the lower end portion of the jacket leg into an upper portion; an inner partition wall dividing the hollow pipe into an upper space (S1) and a lower space (S2) by using a plate member formed on the inner surface of the hollow pipe, wherein a pin pile hole is formed in a center portion so that the lower end portion of the jacket leg is fixed to the upper surface of an inner intermediate partition wall; and restricting concrete filled in the upper space (S1) of the inner intermediate partition wall and allowing the jacket leg fixed to the upper surface of the inner intermediate partition wall to be embedded and restricted.
