The present invention relates to a composition for increasing susceptibility to radiation therapy of cancer cells, and an NRF2 expression inhibitor or activity inhibitor, which inhibits the expression of NRF2 of the present invention, has excellent effect of increasing the susceptibility of cancer cells to radiation to be usefully used as sensitizers for therapy of cancer, especially colon cancer.
