The present invention relates to a multi-well plate type magnetic particle separator. The present invention provides the magnetic particle separator which includes: a magnetic body; a lower plate including a magnetic body fixing unit to which the magnetic body is coupled; an engaging groove capable of engaging with an upper portion of the magnetic body; and an upper plate including a tube insertion hole. Dielectric materials using magnetic particles can be very easily separated from various sample volumes through simple processing without the need for complicated mold making and assembly using screws.
