The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating obesity comprising a seaweed extract and a rosemary extract as active ingredients. More particularly, the present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating obesity comprising a seaweed extract and at least one extract selected from a rosemary extract and a propolis extract as active ingredients. By comprising a seaweed extract and at least one extract selected from a rosemary extract and a propolis extract as active ingredients, a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating obesity is provided, which can be easily and simply produced and which has excellent efficacy. In addition, the present invention can provide a food composition for preventing or treating osteoporosis which can minimize adverse effects such as weight gain, headache, hypertension, and depression upon long-term administration.
