A motion recognition device for stereoscopically recognizing a motion of an object is disclosed. The motion recognition device comprises: a plurality of light emitting devices arranged in a matrix array; a plurality of light receiving groups arranged in a matrix array corresponding to the plurality of light emitting elements; and a processor for processing optical signals received from the plurality of light receiving groups to obtain stereoscopic operation information of an object, wherein each of the plurality of light emitting elements irradiates light toward each point of the surface of an operating object, and each of the light receiving groups of the plurality of light receiving elements is provided with a plurality of light receiving elements arranged at least two or more around the light emitting element so as to receive light reflected in different directions at each point on the surface of the object according to an operation change of the object.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
