According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is an ICT infrastructure management system for predicting generation of abnormality or fault of an ICT infrastructure based on a machine learning method using an artificial neural network, comprising: a memory storing an ICT infrastructure management program; a data input/output module performing data input/output; and a processor. The ICT infrastructure management program is driven by the processor to collect fault training data, performance training data, log training data, and event code data from the various data transmitted from the ICT infrastructure by using a fault monitoring module, a log classification processing module, and an event processing module, respectively. In addition, the ICT infrastructure management program generates an abnormality and fault learning model which has learned an abnormal and fault state of the ICT infrastructure according to an abnormality detection learning model and an instruction learning method which has learned an abnormal state of the ICT infrastructure according to a non-instruction learning method based on each of the training data, and inputs inputted data collected in real-time to the abnormality detection learning model and the abnormality and fault learning model so as to predict an abnormality symptom of the ICT infrastructure and a fault thereof.
