pH- pH-temperature responsive copolymer and drug carrier for delivery to small intestine using it

The present invention provides a copolymer comprising NIPAAm and VIm in a molar fraction of 0.8 : 0.2 to 0.95 : 0.05, and a pH-responsive small intestinal target drug delivery compound comprising the same. The copolymer can control the mixing molar ratio of NIPAAm and VIm, thereby controlling an LCST of the copolymer. The copolymer of the present invention has the LCST suitable for a small target drug delivery compound.
