The present invention provides a copolymer consisting of a mole fraction of NIPAAm and VIm of 0.8: 0.2 to 0.95: 0.05 and a compound for pH-temperature sensitive small intestinal target drug delivery comprising the same. The copolymer may control the mixing molar ratio of NIPAAm and VIm, thereby controlling the LCST of the copolymer. The copolymer of the present invention has an LCST suitable for the small intestine target drug delivery compound.
