A cosmetic producing technique is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, A method of producing a wild cultivated ginseng-ovine placenta cream comprises: a step of putting purified water, a moisturizer, a preservative, and a conceptual component into a stirring tank, putting a first emulsifier therein, and stirring the same; a step of dissolving a dissolved material including sunflower oil and shea butter; and a step of emulsifying the stirred material and the dissolved material stored in the water tank by using a second emulsifier in order to produce a wild cultivated ginseng-ovine placenta cream. Large quantities of the wild cultivated ginseng-ovine placenta cream containing the conceptual component are produced, sold, and distributed to help prevent skin aging and improve public health wherein the conceptual component includes placenta protein extracted from ovine placenta to provide moisture and nutrition to dry skin, thereby keeping skin moist, and a saponin component extracted from wild cultivated ginseng to make dry skin healthy and elastic.
