The present invention relates to a multistage hot wastewater heat collection fluidized bed heat exchanger for simultaneous heat collection from multiple heat sources, capable of increasing waste heat collection efficiency for hot wastewater, and a heat collection method and a heat collection method using the same. In particular, according to the present invention, the multistage fluidized bed heat exchanger comprises: a body including an exhaust gas inlet to receive waste gas and waste steam generated from an industrial process, and a waste gas outlet formed on the other end to discharge cooled exhaust gas; a multistage water fluidized bed unit having each state installed in the body, and allowing a plurality of heat transfer pipes, which are disposed in a water fluidized bed to supply water therethrough, to be immersed therein to absorb condensation latent heat and sensible heat of the waste gas and steam, so as to heat the water, wherein each state includes a perforated plate to pass the supplied waste gas and steam, and a water fluidized bed formed on the upper side of the perforated plate; and a hot waste water inlet to supply the hot waste water generated from an industrial process to at least one of the water fluidized beds.
