The present invention relates to raw beef noodles with sprouts, comprising: 20-30 g of sprouts, 50-60 g of raw beef, 70-80 g of seasoning sauce, 20-25 g of radish kimchi, 40-45 g of sliced pear, 20-25 g of sliced cucumber, 1 teaspoon of sesame salt, and 1/2 piece of dried laver with respect to 300 g of noodles.
