The present invention relates to a smart factory for production and quality management of a thermosetting and thermoplastic compound, capable of not only monitoring the current state of a factory by obtaining various pieces of data generated during a manufacturing process, such as a manufacture schedule of the manufacturing process and a present condition of quality but also controlling future quality and future production schedule by estimating the future quality and future production schedule. The smart factory for the production and quality management of the thermosetting and thermoplastic compound includes: a human & machine interface (HMI) controlling a production facility in accordance with the state of the production facility; a quality management system (QMS) performing quality inspection on a product by each step, generated in the production facility, and controlling the production facility in accordance with the result of a quality test; a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) managing the production facility based on operating time of the production facility; a storage unit storing information on the state of the production facility, a production parameter, facility operating information, a work condition, and quality inspection information on the product, in real time; and a manufacturing execution system (MES) capable of consistently feeding back a predetermined item to a user or controlling the production facility as the information stored in the storage unit is transmitted in real time.
