The present invention relates to a hydraulic metal powder press having an intelligent numerical control program and an automatic control system on which the intelligent numerical control program is mounted and, more specifically, provides an intelligent numerical control hydraulic metal powder press. The intelligent numerical control program has database to store and read product information for a high definition product and forming the product, material property information of molding powder, material property and size information of a punch, mechanical device forming data, a molding guide, and a recipe. The automatic control system is applied with a high speed digital multiaxial hydraulic control device having a roof cycle within 500 uS applied with a digital dispersion system, and the whole system is synchronized.
