The present invention relates to a method for realizing a broadcasting system of a digital sound source generally through a network. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for realizing a network sound source broadcasting system using adaptive packet transmission/reception where multicast and unicast are coupled in order to support a number of clients receiving sound sources within a limited bandwidth and enable seamless stable broadcasting as well. According to the present invention, adaptive communication scheme where sound source data are transmitted mainly by using multicast and packet loss is compensated by using unicast is adopted, dual buffer is operated for sound source data, thereby allowing seamless stable digital sound source broadcasting, and additionally, expandability can be provided because the bandwidth slightly increases even when the number of clients receiving sound sources increases. A sound source transmission server according to the present invention comprises a sound source packetizing unit (110), a sound source packet block buffer unit (120), a multicast server socket unit (130), and a loss packet processing control unit (140).
