The present invention relates to a bridge lifting device to prevent damage to a bridge caused by eccentric load, and a bridge lifting method using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to the bridge lifting device provided to prevent damage to a bridge caused by eccentric load when two or more consecutive bridges are lifted at the same time, and to the bridge lifting method using the same. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent damage to the bridge caused by the eccentric load when the two or more consecutive bridges are lifted at the same time. In addition, sensitivity of the bridge lifting devices at each position is adjusted by using a panel-type pressure sensor array, thereby providing an effect of performing precise horizontal control.
