SNP Method and Kit for identifying variety of Chrysanthemum using single nucleotide polymorphism markers

The present invention relates to a primer set for distinguishing a variety of chrysanthemum, a kit for distinguishing the variety of chrysanthemum, and a method for distinguishing the variety of chrysanthemum. More specifically, the present invention relates to a primer set for distinguishing a variety of chrysanthemum showing polymorphism and/or insertion-deletion for 129 varieties of known chrysanthemum. The present invention further relates to a kit using the same, and a method for distinguishing the variety of chrysanthemum using the same. The primer set used as a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) marker to distinguish the variety of chrysanthemum can contribute in various fields associated with selection of control varieties for protection of applied varieties and identification of authenticity the chrysanthemum varieties.
