The present invention relates to a primer set for identifying varieties of persimmon, a kit for identifying varieties of persimmon and a method for identifying varieties of persimmon. More specifically, the present invention relates to a primer set for identifying varieties of persimmon which shows polymorphism in 48 notified varieties of persimmon, a kit using the same, and a method for identifying the variety of persimmon using the same. By using the primer set as a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) marker for identifying varieties of persimmon, the present invention can to contribute to various fields such as identification of genuineness of persimmon varieties and selection of control varieties of cultivar protected varieties.
