SNP Method and Kit for identifying variety of Blueberry using single nucleotide polymorphism markers

The present invention relates to a primer set for distinguishing a variety of blueberries, a kit for distinguishing the variety of blueberries, and a method for distinguishing the variety of blueberries. More specifically, the present invention relates to a primer set for distinguishing a variety of blueberries showing polymorphism and/or insertion-deletion for 84 varieties of known blueberries. The present invention further relates to a kit using the same, and a method for distinguishing the variety of blueberries using the same. The primer set used as a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) marker to distinguish the variety of blueberries can contribute in various fields associated with selection of control varieties for protection of applied varieties and identification of authenticity the blueberries varieties.
