The present invention relates to a three-dimensional (3D) spatial information converter capable of integrally and automatically converting a height system of spatial information into the ellipsoidal height and the orthometric height. According to the present invention, provided are effects capable of: warning a passerby through an alarm device, thus being able to safely and smoothly perform a leveling work; using a lighting device to stably perform the leveling work in a dark condition; preventing birds or flying insects from approaching a leveling rod to implement precise leveling; allowing a staff member to wash the leveling rod in a convenient place to conveniently and quickly wash the surface of the leveling rod to remove dust, thus allowing an operator to perform precise surveys during leveling; integrally collecting height information including the ellipsoidal height and orthometric height, and planar position coordinates in accordance with the height information from the leveling device performing work in several places, thereby precisely updating the height information; and collectively lighting a scale of the leveling rod to be read by the operator with a collective lighting means, thus allowing the operator to precisely and conveniently read the scale of the leveling rod. According to the present invention, the converter comprises a leveling device, a height information collection device, and a collective lighting means.
