The present invention relates to an evaluation method for the relative radical-scavenging speed of antioxidant compounds, and more specifically, to an evaluation method for the relative radical-scavenging speed of antioxidant compounds using HPLC analysis. Compared to conventional radical-scavenging speed comparison methods, the method of the present invention is economical and low in analytical time loss and loss of specimens; and allows the comparison of relative radical-scavenging speed of antioxidants even when the compounds don′t have a catechol structure.
