The present invention relates to a walking type cultivator attaching a red pepper harvester in a front end thereof. In the case of a power transmission unit to extract power from the walking type cultivator to supply the power to the red pepper harvester, as the speed of a harvesting unit inside the red pepper harvester is reduced when the moving speed of the walking type harvester is slow, a case incapable of performing normal harvest occurs. According to the present invention, provided is a power transmission means coupled to a power input shaft of the red pepper harvester, which receives power from the walking type cultivator to shift power and transfer the shifted power to the red pepper harvester, thus always transferring the identical power to the red pepper harvester even if the speed of the walking type cultivator is reduced. According to the present invention, a power output pulley of the walking type cultivator and power input pulley of the red pepper harvester transfer the power to a belt (340); the belt (340) adjusts the position on the power output pulley and the power input pulley by a belt moving means (350), which moves forward and backward on a side horizontally to the side surface in a direction vertical to a main body by power from the rotation of a motor (350), to control the speed of the power input pulley of the red pepper harvester, thereby being able to always and constantly supply the power to the red pepper harvester. Thus, provided are effects capable of separating and harvesting all red peppers from a red pepper stem and, in particular, are normally performing harvest even if the walking type cultivator is used at low speed.
