A reduced graphene oxide (RGO)-titanium dioxide nanotube structure according to the present invention has improved light absorptivity at all wavelength ranges so as to promote charge transfer, effectively separate electron-hole and to prevent the recombination of electrons and holes, thereby improving the photocurrent density and the photochemical activity. Further, the present invention can provide a photocatalyst including an RGO-titanium dioxide nanotube structure having improved photocurrent density and optical efficiency.
