摘要

PURPOSE: A visible-light responsive grapheme oxide-titanium dioxide composite nano-structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maximize photo catalyzer effect by including graphene oxide and titanium dioxide with a proper rate and using graphite as a precursor of the graphite. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a visible light solicited graphene oxide-titanium dioxide composite nano-structure comprises next steps: preparing graphene oxide and titanium dioxide; mixing the graphene oxide and titanium dioxide with solvent in weight ratio of 0.1:8-1:2; applying high-intensity ultrasound having energy dose of 90-110W and 15-30KHz for 10-40 minutes; and drying the dispersed solution in order to obtain precipitate of the graphene oxide-titanium dioxide complex nano structure. The visible light solicited graphene oxide-titanium dioxide complex nanostructure comprises graphene oxide and titanium dioxide. A weight ratio of titanium dioxide to graphene oxide is 0.1:8-1:2. The grapheme precursor is graphite having average particle diameter of 100-600nm.
