Disclosed herein are kits for the transformation of Corynebacterium glutamicum using Krisfer interferences operating in Corynebacterium glutamicum. In one aspect, the Corynebacterium glutamicum transformation kit of the present invention can inhibit the expression of several target genes simultaneously in Corynebacterium glutamicum. In particular, it is almost impossible to genetically modify a gene that plays an important role in cell growth. Using the kit of the present invention, it is possible to simultaneously suppress various genes.
