The present invention relates to a radar using a frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) and a control method thereof. The FMCW radar according to the present invention can provide a FMCW radar system that is robust against external noise while using the 0-intermediate frequency system. In addition, the FMCW radar of the present invention is capable of measuring two signals at the same time without changing the setting of the system by using the FMCW signal in which signals having different modulation degrees and bandwidths are combined.
