In order to improve quality of product by forming a heat activated adhesive layer between an insert and an injection molded base article, thereby improving adhesive force, the present invention provides a manufacturing method of an insert injection molded assembly having the heat activated adhesive layer, the manufacturing method comprising: a first step of coating a pretreatment agent on a top portion of a rubber pad made of synthetic rubber, thereby forming a pretreatment layer to improve adhesive strength; a second step of coating a heat activated adhesive for heat activated bonding on a top portion of the pretreatment layer; a third step of drying the heat activated adhesive to form the heat activated adhesive layer on the top portion of the pretreatment layer; and a fourth step of injecting a base material onto the rubber pad to insert injection mold the base material so that a base layer is formed on the rubber pad in a state that the rubber pad, having the pretreatment layer and the heat activated adhesive layer formed thereon, is disposed on a bottom portion of a mold.
