The present invention relates to a method to manufacture high grade ferronickel and high purity nickel from low grade nickel ore by acid leaching. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a reduction step of reducing a material containing nickel and iron with a reduction gas including hydrogen to manufacture a reduction material for leaching; a slurry step of inserting a slurry making solution into the reduction material for leaching to manufacture slurry; a leaching step of inserting acid of twice to four times of mole numbers with respect to a mole number of (Fe+Ni) among the material containing nickel and iron into the slurry so as to leach iron and nickel as an ion, thereby acquiring a leaching solution; and a precipitation step of separating the leaching solution to use a part of the leaching solution as the slurry making solution and use the remainder as a leaching solution for precipitation, and feeding a seed material for precipitation containing iron to the leaching solution for precipitation to replace an iron component of the seed material for precipitation into the nickel of the leaching solution to precipitate the nickel on the seed material for precipitation.
