The present invention relates to a beverage containing Helianthus tuberosus, which is obtained by extracting and mixing Helianthus tuberosus and Smilax china, respectively, and includes a natural taste and nutrients to be taken even by diabetic patients, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The beverage containing the Helianthus tuberosus of the present invention contains 85 to 99 parts by weight of a Helianthus tuberosus extract and 1 to 15 parts by weight of a Smilax china extract.
