The present invention relates to a locking and unlocking device in which a keyhole for opening a platform door is attached on a variable location. The device of the present invention comprises a locking unit operating means which is assembled and installed in a door or a door fixing frame of a platform and selectively locks or unlocks a door locking device by means of a key; a wire of which one end is connected to the locking unit operating means and the other end is connected to the door locking device to pull and release a locking unit; and a door locking device which is connected with the other end of the wire, and locks and unlocks the door while the locking unit is assembled to the frame. The present invention with such configuration allows a keyhole, installed in a passenger elevator door, a freight elevator door, or a subway screen door, to be attached on a variable location selectively in accordance with conditions of the use environment. Accordingly, the quality and reliability of the locking and unlocking device are greatly improved, and various needs of users are satisfied, thereby leading users to have good images.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
