DOCUMENT DIGITALIZATION SYSTEM FOR IMPROVING MANAGEMENT EFFICIENCY OF DOCUMENTARY USING WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS MEANS AND METHOD OF THE SAME

Disclosed are a system and a method for digitizing a non-electronic record, which improve management and search efficiency of a record document by using a wireless communications means capable of easily inspecting a reorganization state of a non-electronic record in which a digitizing operation is completed. To this end, the present invention provides a system for digitizing a non-electronic record with improved management and search efficiency of a record document by using a wireless communications means, wherein the system comprises: an input device for receiving index information including a reorganization list of non-electronic records classified into each record document; a storage device having an index information DB for storing the index information; an index tape generation device for generating an index tape to which a short range wireless communications module is attached; and a management server for storing index information provided from the input device in the index information DB of the storage device, classifying each record document index information from the index information, and providing the index tape index information to the index tape generation device to generate an index tape in which each record document index information is stored through the index tape generation device. According to the present invention, information of a record document stored in a box can be easily checked by only scanning the surface of the box in which a plurality of records are stored through a reader for short range wireless communications.
