The present invention relates to a tool for preventing a fishing sinker from being caught. The tool for preventing a fishing sinker from being caught includes: a body having multiple first and second couplers individually formed along the periphery of the center and the upper end; and multiple wires which are made of an elastic material, have an end coupled to the first coupler, and are bent in a curved form to be coupled to the second couplers. The tool can prevent the fishing sinker from being caught on the bottom of the body of water by using the elastic contraction and restoration of the curved part of the wires. The tool includes the wires bent in a curved form around the periphery of the body, thereby enabling the curved part of the wires to move along and pass through obstacles when the fishing sinker of a fishing rod is caught by rocks or coral parts to prevent the fishing sinker from being caught.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
