A disaster emergency rescue house of the present invention is constructed and manufactured identically to a house before a disaster, and provides mental and physical stability of sufferers through a stabilized residential life of the sufferers, as well as a pleasant residential life by encouraging the sufferers to overcome the disaster. The disaster emergency rescue house of the present invention comprises: a steel body including an insulation material, and having a bottom plate, an upper plate, and a plurality of side plates; a plurality of upper sharing pressure systems; a solar cell plate; a solar cell plate horizontality detection sensor; a plurality of lighting and ventilation windows; a leg sharing pressure system and wheel; one or more discharge holes and drainage holes; a deck; a plurality of hinge means; a front door and whole glass window; a control panel; an emergency guide broadcasting speaker; a plurality of electricity supply means; a heating appliance; and a plurality of raw wood protection frames.
