A disaster emergency relief house of the present invention includes: a house main body having a front door and a whole glass window and formed in a movable manner; a solar cell panel positioned on an upper portion of the house main body; a battery for storing electricity produced in the solar cell panel; a water supply unit positioned on an upper plate of the house main body; an air conditioner for air conditioning of the house main body; a glass window cover unit positioned on the whole glass window area at the house main body and rotationally formed on the house main body with respect to the whole glass window; and a vibration sensing unit connecting the house main body and the glass window cover unit and allowing rotation of the glass window cover unit toward the whole glass window, wherein the glass window cover unit covers the whole glass window area while rotating toward the whole glass window when vibration is sensed by the vibration sensing unit.
