The present invention relates to a multi-functional direct planting machine capable of scattering rice straw powder, spraying a liquid fertilizer, and covering the soil with a mulching film. More specifically, the multi-functional direct planting machine capable of scattering rice straw powder, spraying a liquid fertilizer, and covering the soil with a mulching film is configured such that rice straw is pulverized into powder, the powder is scattered in a rice paddy to be used as compost, the rice paddy is plowed by using a rotor to mix the soil, a rotating roller is attached to the direct planting machine to flatten a surface of the rice paddy, leveling work is performed in order to prevent the mulching film from being torn apart, water and liquid fertilizer are sprayed in the rice paddy, the soil is covered with the mulching film, and a rotating sowing machine punches the mulching film at regular intervals, and sows seeds while rotating. Thus, the proper moisture level in the rice paddy is maintained, and it is possible to prevent weeds from growing, thereby minimizing the use of pesticide or herbicide.
