The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for improving atopic dermatitis, which is characterized by containing an extract of Aspergillus oryzae as an active ingredient. The cosmetic composition for improving atopic dermatitis according to the present invention exhibits an anti-allergic, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect and thus has the effect of improving atopic dermatitis by containing the extract of Radix guinea pigs as an active ingredient.
