The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a dumpling stick hotdog containing a dumpling therein which can be consumed while moving without a dining table or a table. The manufacturing method of a dumpling stick hotdog containing a dumpling therein comprises: a) a dumpling preparing step (S10) of preparing a dumpling (10) with a dumpling filling filled in a dumpling skin; b) a batter manufacturing step (S20) of inserting hotdog powder and purified water into a bowl and mixing the hotdog powder and purified water to manufacture a batter (20); c) a dumpling sticking step (S30) of sticking a stick (30) into the dumpling (10); d) a batter coating step (S40) of coating the batter (20) on the dumpling (10) with the stick (30) stuck thereinto until the dumpling (10) is completely covered; e) a high-temperature frying step (S50) of frying a dumpling hotdog (a stick-dumpling-batter assembly coated with the batter, wherein the stick is stuck into the dumpling) manufactured in the batter coating step (S40) and coated with the batter in a container of oil at 100C or over; f) a plastic packaging step (S60) of cooling the fried dumpling hotdog (the stick-dumpling-batter assembly coated with the batter, wherein the stick is stuck into the dumpling), and then sealing the cooled dumpling hotdog in plastic to package the dumpling hotdog; and g) a step (70) of freezing and storing the hotdog packaged in plastic at -20 to -10C.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
