The present invention relates to dry grain food (Sunsik) which ensures food safety, allows users to fell satiety, and is nutritionally balanced. The dry grain food (Sunsik) of the preset invention is obtained by mixing Stachys sieboldii powder, GABA-enhanced germinated grain powder, and beans, thereby being helpful to brain health, improving blood lipid levels, and providing a weight control function.
