In order to manage the temperature of the system-on-chip, a main signal corresponding to the main main temperature of the system-on-chip is generated as a main temperature signal using a main sensor. Using sub-sensors, pulse signals having frequencies proportional to sub-temperatures of the sub-blocks of the system-on-chip are generated as sub-temperature signals. And controls the operation of the system-on-chip based on the main temperature signal and the sub-temperature signals.;
