The present invention relates to a technique for classifying construction expenses based on a statement and a summary sheet of a construction work capable of improving efficiency of aggregation of construction expenses by classifying data of an existing statement and a summary sheet based on a standard classification reference. To this end, the system for classifying construction expenses based on a statement and a summary sheet of a construction work comprises: a data preprocessing part collecting the statement for each construction type, and standardizing data of the statement according to a standardization reference; a level branching target determining part determining level branching target data from the standardized statement or the data of the summary sheet according to whether the summary sheet related to the statement exists; and a level classification system generating part performing bottom-up cumulative summation for the level branching target data, determining an aggregation level for the level branching target data, and generating a level classification system.
