The present invention relates to a system for extracting and aggregating construction expenses of each space/part based on a quantity calculation sheet and a statement of a construction work and an aggregating method using the same. The system is configured to collect and process information about the statement and the quantity calculation sheet, process the information by simple matching if items of the statement and the quantity calculation sheet are consistent in the processed information, process the information by complex matching if the mutual items are inconsistent, derive a simple matched result or a complex matched result or perform a user correction step according to the determination of quantity consistency, and finally derive the construction expenses by analyzing the construction expenses for each space/part. Accordingly, the present invention can aggregate the construction expenses for each space/part even if the information of the quantity calculation sheet and the information of the statement are differently expressed.
