Provided is a Ti-based sintered alloy for a cutting tool, which comprises: more than 0 and equal to or less than 20 wt% of TiC_5N_5; 20-50 wt% of TiWCN; 20-30 wt% of WC powder; 5-15 wt% of at least one raw material powder selected among Ta, Nb, and Mo; and 10-20 wt% of at least one raw material powder selected among Co, Ni, and Fe.
