The present disclosure discloses biofilm formation inhibitors or inhibitors of Gram-positive bacteria, including lipoteichoic acid and antibiotics. Since the biofilm formation inhibitor or inhibitor according to the present invention exhibits a synergistic action of lipoteichoic acid and antibiotics, it can be used for prevention and treatment of biofilm-related diseases where biofilm control is required, thereby reducing abuse of antibiotics and maximizing the efficacy of treatment .
