The present invention relates to a novel Bacteriodes vulgatus MGM001 strain and to a use thereof. The strain according to the present invention has weaker cytotoxicity of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) compared to existing strains, and has a synergistic effect on bio-film inhibition when used in combination with lipoteichoic acid (LTA).
