The present invention relates to a novel Actinokineospora sp. R434 strain having antibacterial, antioxidant, skin whitening and skin wrinkle alleviating effects. More particularly, the present invention relates to a novel Actinokineospora sp. R434 strain having antibacterial, antioxidant, skin whitening and skin wrinkle alleviating effects isolated from soil and uses thereof. The Actinokineospora sp. R434 strain or a culture thereof of the present invention is excellent in antibacterial, antioxidant, skin whitening and skin wrinkle alleviating activity and can be usefully used as an active ingredient of an antibacterial or skin care composition.
