A method, device and system for determining a crank phone number are provided. The method includes that target call records are obtained from a terminal to obtain a call record set, wherein the call record set contains a predetermined number of target call records(201); N suspicious numbers in the call record set are obtained; whether a crank feature word recorded in a preset dictionary exists in keywords contained in a target call record of each suspicious number is detected(202); and a suspicious number having a crank feature word in a target call record of the suspicious number is determined to be a crank phone number(204).
