PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional system that the usage is troublesome, since it needs to control two kinds of telephone lines in the telephonic communication through a public circuit phone and that through an internet phone, with a telephone, and that it requires the user to select a circuit clearly beforehand.;SOLUTION: Since this system can properly switch the call 10 from a telephone on call side over to the internet telephone or the public circuit telephone, making use of the information 30 corresponding to the internet telephone stored in a server device 30 for an internet telephone, the user need not clearly instruct the system, to switch it over to the internet telephone, so that simplifying the operations when making an internet telephone call becomes possible.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
