The proposed utility model relates to medicine, namely, ophthalmic surgery, and can be used to saturate the cornea, in particular the photosensitizer (riboflavin), without removing the epithelium by iontophoresis for the subsequent conduct of riboflavin-UV-A induced (370 nm) cross-corneal keratoconus.
