The utility model refers to the field of medical technology, namely, to surgical instruments, in particular to devices for transfer, capture and manipulation of the needle. Can be used for brachytherapy, biopsy, neurosurgery, surgery, as well as for research purposes. The device consists of a module for the translational movement of the needle, a module for rotational movement of the needle, the shafts of which are hollow, a straight hollow needle and a cannula, a feed channel and a supply of micro sources located inside the hollow shafts along the entire body of the device, through which a direct stiletto carries micro sources of ionizing radiation in soft tissue. The technical result consists in the delivery and the laying of micro sources of ionizing radiation.
