A method is proposed for obtaining and use of a catalyst for repeated use in an industrial process of two-stage hydrogenolysis in the production of CL-20, in which a palladium complex is applied to a previously prepared pyrolytic carrier. Then it is impregnated with a solution of the palladium hydroxo complex, which, after a two-stage hydrogenolysis cycle, is separated from the reaction products by filtration, washed first with water.
