FIELD: chemistry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of highly effective methods of synthesis of polycyclicnitramine 2,4,6,8,10,12-hexanitro-2,4,6.8,10,12-hexaazatetracyclo [5,5,0,03,11,05,9]dodecane (hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane HAW, CL-20). A method is proposed for obtaining and use of a catalyst for repeated use in an industrial process of two-stage hydrogenolysis in the production of CL-20, in which a palladium complex is applied to a previously prepared pyrolytic carrier. Then it is impregnated with a solution of the palladium hydroxo complex, which, after a two-stage hydrogenolysis cycle, is separated from the reaction products by filtration, washed first with water.
